Rearranged the title and buttons in the explorer and saved cards components

  • Rearranged the grid in the course card component so that the title and buttons are on the same line
  • Created a new common component for the explorer and saved courses cards since they have the same structure
  • Changed the color of panel button hover to a little darker grey than before
